Increasingly, Geography is becoming two subjects - Physical geography, describing the physical attributes of our planet,  and political geography, which explores the way that man and his political institutions have shaped (and been shaped by) those physical attributes.

Most of the material gathered here is physical geography, although as the site develops, we hope to introduce further political geography.
